Every year we are fortunate enough to be allocated six places in the Vitality British 10K London Run.

The run on Sunday 10 July starts and finishes in Piccadilly and last year’s runners did us proud, raising an impressive £2,500.

And this year we also have the opportunity to fill some places in the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 Ride

The ride takes place on Sunday 31 July starting in Queen Elizabeth Park then wending its way through closed streets of London and Surrey for 100 miles before finishing in The Mall.

If you like the thought of seeing London and the surrounding countryside in a different way, at the same time as raising funds for the Centre, contact Lynn or Miriam.

And if running or cycling’s not for you, you can still show your support by sponsoring the participants!
