The yoga event on May Day bank holiday was a tremendous success, raising nearly £3,000 thanks to the hard work of Jane Ower, Jenny Igoe and their friends and families.
All who came along to College Farm in Finchley were able to participate in a wide range of different types of yoga, from energetic stretching through to seated and more gentle for the older or less able person.
People indulged in a variety of massages and other complementary therapies and browsed around the stalls, enjoyed healthy vegan food, drinks and a wonderful assortment of smoothies.
Children were well catered for with a story tent, wand-making and other magical activities.
The whole day was filled with music from different live performers — opera, country and western, meditative chanting and classic pop.
Our thanks once again to Jane and all her friends for making it happen.
