Scones, jam ,clotted cream, and tea

With the weather smiling on us, Harrow MS Therapy Centre members and friends turned out in droves to enjoy cream teas and cupcakes at Brook House Care Centre in Wembley, parting with £162 for the privilege.

Our thanks go to Lydia Chase from Brook House for making this possible, as well as organising a raffle on our behalf which raised a further £253, with members winning the bulk of the prizes — a jammy double-whammy for them!

Fundraising-through-tea can be a very simple-but-effective way of generating much-needed cash for our Centre. See our next story for details of how a member’s daughter did exactly that.
