Exercising regularly will keep your body working to its full potential; our weekly exercise class at the Centre is designed for people with MS.
By breathing pure oxygen at more than atmospheric pressure a high concentration can be absorbed thus promoting healing.
Chiropody, yoga, reflexology, and massage therapies (including remedial/sports, aromatherapy and hot stones) are all available at regularly-scheduled sessions at our Centre.

The Eastcote Gardens Summer Picnic was a good day all round.
The sun shone, people flocked to the event and we shifted loads of bric-a-brac, generously donated by friends and members of the Centre.
Very many congratulations to Natasha Connellan and her friend Adrian Flack, who on Sunday 14 August, ran the Isle of Man marathon and raised over £1064 for the Centre.
The Lions Club of Kenton organised a fundraising concert by the very popular Harrow Apollo Male Choir, in aid of Harrow MS Therapy Centre and Alderbourne Rehabilitation Unit Hillingdon.

The quiz supper on Saturday 16th April was a runaway success, raising a magnificent £2195.00!
